Returns – Domestic Policy
Goldenroot dietary supplements are backed by a 60-day from-order date money-back guarantee for all orders. Orders canceled prior to shipment are entitled to a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
Customer is expected to pay for and schedule their own return shipping at their convenience.
For all returns:
- Customer is eligible for a product refund only (shipping is cost is not refunded).
- Return shipping & handling is handled by the customer and paid for by the customer.
- Returns are processed within 2-5 business days after your item(s) are received at our facility.
- Refunds are issued to the credit card or payment method used in the transaction. Any and all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any packages returned to us by the designated carrier because the customer was not available to receive the package or due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to additional shipping costs to reship.

All international sales (outside of the US), are final and are under no circumstances eligible for a refund.
Clearance (must-go stock) item sales are final. Due to the heavy discounts that these items receive, we will not accept returns, exchanges, or allow refunds.
Shipping and Returns – International Policy
All sales are final on all international sales and no returns will be considered. All refunds will be determined on an individual basis; lost items are deemed the customer's responsibility and damaged packages are the only packages that will be re-shipped. All import duties/taxes/customs fees are the customer's responsibility, we cannot reimburse customs or import fees.
